-Creating layout of ceremony and reception areas

-Creating setup schedules, including bump in and out times for vendors

-Set up of all styling areas, flowers, arbour, furniture, table settings, etc

-Communication and point of contact with all styling vendors

- 60 minute meeting 8 weeks prior to the wedding to finalise all details

-Communication with couple as desired
